The Company is committed to protecting the privacy and data security of its customers. By using the app and accepting these General Terms and Conditions (GTC), the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the Company’s collection and use of personal data as described in this section.
13.2. Information Collected
The Company may collect certain personal information from the Customer during the use of the app. This information may include, but is not limited to, the Customer’s name, email address, payment details, and other relevant information necessary for the provision of services.
13.3. Purpose of Data Collection
The collected data is primarily used for the following purposes:
i. To create and manage the Customer’s account on the app. ii. To process orders and identity verification for the services provided. iii. To communicate with the Customer regarding their subscription, account, or any important updates related to the app. iv. To provide a personalized and enhanced experience on the app. v. To comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
13.4. Data Security
The Company takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the Customer’s personal data and ensure its confidentiality and security. While the Company endeavors to safeguard this information, it is important to acknowledge that no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as 100% secure.
13.5. Data Sharing
The Company does not sell, trade, or rent the Customer’s personal data to third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. However, the Company may share certain information with trusted service providers to fulfill orders, identity verification, or improve the functionality of the app. These service providers are obligated to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data.
13.6. Customer’s Rights
The PrepaBac user has the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data held by the Company. To exercise these rights or request further information about data privacy, the Customer may contact the Company’s support team.
13.7. Consent and Changes to Privacy Policy
By using the app and accepting these GTCs, the Customer consents to the Company’s data privacy practices as outlined in this section. The Company reserves the right to update and modify its data privacy policy. Changes to the policy will be communicated to the Customer through the app or via email.
13.8. Data Privacy Laws
The Company complies with relevant data privacy laws and regulations in accordance with the jurisdiction in which the app operates.
13.9. Processing of Personal Data
By using the Prepbac platform, the User agrees that Prepbac may process Personal Data as necessary for the following purposes:

Storage and Processing:
- For the storage and processing of Personal Data in accordance with the Prepbac Agreement and applicable Order Form(s).

User-Initiated Processing:
- For processing initiated by Users in their use of the Prepbac Services.

Compliance with Instructions:
- For processing to comply with other documented reasonable instructions provided by the User (e.g., via email or support tickets), where such instructions are consistent with the terms of the Prepbac Agreement.
If the User is subject to data privacy laws, the User agrees to request a data protection agreement from Prepbac before providing any Personal Data. The User shall bear sole responsibility for the legality of Personal Data and the means by which they acquired it, including providing legally adequate notices to and obtaining any necessary consent from their employees, agents, or third parties to whom they extend the benefits of the Prepbac Services.
By continuing to use the app, the Customer affirms their understanding of the agreement with the data privacy provisions outlined in this section and the GTC in its entirety.
